COACHES
Vuk Martinovic
Coach Vuk Martinovic brings elite-level playing and coaching experience to All Soccer US, supported by a UEFA B License and a deep understanding of player development at every level. His coaching background includes working with MLS professionals, NCAA Division I & II college players, and top-level youth academy athletes.
Vuk currently serves as Head Coach for multiple CSA teams, including U15 & U16 ECL National Teams, U13 King, U12 Elite, and U11 Pre-ECNL, as well as coaching within the U11 Girls League. At the senior level, he is an Assistant Coach for Charlottetowne Hops FC (NPSL) and PCDA Charlotte (UPSL).
As a former professional player, Vuk represented the Montenegro U21 National Team, competed in four European countries, and won two trophies during his career. He has faced world-class opponents, including England’s national team and top European professionals, bringing real-game experience into his coaching.
Coach Vuk is known for his demanding yet supportive coaching style, focusing on discipline, game intelligence, and long-term player growth.
Petar Roganovic
Coach Petar Roganovic brings a strong European soccer background and a modern, development-focused approach to youth training at All Soccer US. A former professional player who competed in multiple European countries, Petar also played NCAA college soccer, giving him valuable insight into both international and U.S. soccer pathways.
With over five years of coaching experience, he has worked with more than 200 youth players and currently serves as Head Coach for CSA U11 (Charlotte Soccer Academy). His training philosophy emphasizes strong fundamentals, confidence on the ball, and structured learning in a positive environment.
Petar holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, combining soccer expertise with strong leadership and organization. His goal is to help every player develop not only as an athlete, but also as a confident and disciplined individual.
